PAKISTANI RESTAURANT STYLE BINDI BHAJI This is one of my most loved dishes when I dine out. I don’t just like it I LOVE IT! This recipe does contain a lot of oil…. But…. Yeah…. It’s necessary … it’s a stirfry… it’s delicious 😍 As for my Urdu… I dunno let’s see if this is a one off or shall I begin a series ? 😻😂🤪 Bindi Bhaji recipe: 🌶️2 bags of okra, washed, chopped in half. Head and tail discard 🌶️1u002F2 cup oil 🌶️3 onions chunky sliced 🌶️1tbsp each ginger garlic 🌶️2 vine tomatoes 🌶️spices - 1tbsp crushed coriander, 1tbsp red chilli flakes, 1tsp turmeric, 1tbsp cumin seeds, 1tsp mango powder 🌶️1.5tsp salt 🌶️handful green chilli’s 1. Deep fry okra. Set aside. 2. Fry onions until soft. 3. Add ginger garlic. 4. Add chilli’s. Add spices. Add salt. 5. Add okra back. Add tomatoes. Cook for 10 mins with lid on Simple but effective and delicious 😊 @hungryhijabi
