Every Easter, I think of Bugs Bunny in the classic short Easter Yeggs. Oddly enough this short debuted in the summer of 1947. Easter Yeggs is a play on words. Easter Eggs obviously ur Yegg is a slang term back in the day for a burglar. This entire cartoon (outside of Elmer Fudd) is a Mel Blanc voice orgy. In addition to Bugs Bunny, and the bratty kid, he also plays the Easter Bunny. Now if you are an old time radio fan like me, you will know that Easter bunny voice. It comes from two characters.
